Sausage sandwiches hit the headlines in 2018 with an onion scandal that outraged the nation. So we’re bringing it back to the not-so-basics with a carpark sausage sizzle featuring uniquely Flinders Island sausages created by visiting chefs David Moyle (Longsong, Melbourne), Mark LaBrooy (Three Blue Ducks, Sydney, Brisbane and Byron Bay), James Viles (Biota Dining, Bowral), Jo Barrett (Oakridge Winery, Yarra Valley), Matt Stone (Oakridge Winery, Yarra Valley), Vladimir Panevin (Ettie’s, Hobart) and Analiese Gregory (Franklin, Hobart). Expect the unexpected with sausage varieties…

Wash it all down with drinks available to purchase from the on-site bar courtesy of Moorilla and Moo Brew while enjoying the laidback vibes of local musicians.
